Sales order does not allow make-to-order production

Hi Forum Colleagues

Need help, scenario is MTO project with project. Following are the parameters i am using

Strategy Group : 20

Req. type: KP (Make-to-order with project)

Req. class: 080

While creating sales order, everything works fine. However, when i run MRP (MD50), i get following error.

Sales order does not allow make-to-order production

Message no. 61155

Diagnosis

The sales order entered is not to be included in make-to-order production.

System Response

Account assignment can only be carried out with sales orders created with a requirements type for make-to-order production.

Procedure

Enter a sales order that is to be included in make-to-order production.

I have tried all possible solutions, but nothing seems to working out...could someone help

Hi Kalpesh,

Pl check the requirement class 80 ( Tcode OVZG)

Check if you are using Account Assignment Category as Q. If not change and check whether it works.

Hi,

Check your Scheduline Catg.

In Scheduline Catg. you have check box as reqrmt/Assembly (in Transaction flow) this has to be ticked.

Reward if use full.
