where can i create specific page format for smartform?

Hi all;

i have developed forms based on DINA4, but now i want to draw a line across

the form that is specific size instead of DINA4.

for example, width of forms is same with DINA4 size, but heigh of form

should be 14cm. where can i create specific page format?

You can create your own page formats in SPAD,
