XI to DCOM

Hi ,

I need to integrate SAP XI with 3d party program and communication between them must be organized with COM/DCOM service hosted on the 3rd party system.

Is there standard COM/DCOM adapter for XI available? Or if not, then how to substitute it?

Ashok,

There used to be a sap dcom connector that was phased out in 2004..end.

You should be able to get the same functionality from the .net connector that is available now..

Can you throw more light on this.This has been a undiscussed topic.

Does .Net adapter connect to automation services og COM/DCOM swiftly.

How does SAP support this and is it a standard adapters delivered with SAP Netweaver XI 3.0.

Any information would be much appreciated
