Obligatory Stg. Location in Components - Subcontract PO

Hi,

I'm trying to make a validation for subcontract PO, that the components must have the storage location obligatory.

In customizing, i found i can make obligatory fields related with purchase order, but not the components.

With user exit, i found enhacement MM06E005, but the user exits available doesn't have reference to components in order to make the validation.

Anyone knows how to make this field obligatory?

Try incompletion procedure, there you define the storage location procedure as mandatory.

You need to define the status of storage location field in the incompletion procedure.

By using OVA2 transaction you can define the incompleteness procedures according to your requirement.

I think the incompletion procedure applies only to sales documents.
