Uploading a taxonomy structure - mapping

I am trying to map fields to load a taxonomy structure.Since the fields to be mappped do not exist in the destination, i wanted to add them from the source, but the ADD button is greyed out.

please let me know

Hi Nadine,

Try mapping the Taxonomy at the Master table level

In Master table -->> Categories try to map the taxonomy, over der u will see the add button activated because categories field is looking up in Categories table.

Hi Nadine,

First Crate the Category or Hierarchy through the Partitioned Field/Value on the required field, Then in Map Field/Value select the Source hierarchy field which is been created and map with the Categrory field on the destination field with the Add Branch as a Child.

This will help you to import the category to the Taxonomy mode.

Hi Nadine,

While doing taxonomy or hierarchy import, when you have created taxonomy or hierarchy on the source you need to go in the MAP FIELDS/VALUES tab you have to select the entire branch in the SOURCE VALUES tab then right click >> add as child or add as sibling, you can select the option right for you, once you have done that the taxonomy will be created on the DESTINATION tab.
