Service Desk transaction NOTIF_CREATE miss Reported By information

Hi Team, We have a following error

In Service Desk when a message is created using NOTIF_CREATE

transaction, the "Reported By" information is not transferred to the

document. Using CRM_DNO_MONITOR the documents appears without this

information and with an error. We applied the SAP Note 991018, 1036161

but they don't work.

Please help us for resolve these issue

Please,

Verify PARTNER_FCT_CREA in t_code DNO_CUST04 , the field value is blank. This field can not be filled.
