Error in Variant Configuration CO684

Hello, friends !

Back in the forum, now with a problem in Variant Configuration.

I was able to carry out the whole process up to the creation of the production order. There I have the error message CO 684 "You cannot make an assignment to make to order stock" .

All the configuration stuff seems to be OK.

I created a sales order configuring the product.

The MRP creates a planned order in the Customer Segment of the MD04.

The components have the special stock E.

I have tried with stock available in warehouse and also tranferring to E using MB1B movement type 412 E.

But the error still remains !!

Any tip or clue ??

Yes, Using strategy 25 for the Configurable Product.

The BoM comprises a FERT product with Strategy 40 and a Class which points to components (ROH). Selecting one characteristic in the sales order, the system picks the proper component and the Planned order has both the FERT and the corresponding ROH.

However, it cannot be converted to a production order (order type? ) . even the creation of a production order for the sales order raises up the same message.

in the order type I have selected both SD1 or PP01, which allow the settement to the sales order. However, as the process of creating the Production order cancels before I can get the receiver, I cannot see if the settlement rule is properly created.

Anyway, creating production order of this type for both Make to stokc (40) or make to order (2) leads to a settlement rule where the MAT is the receiver.

Check the following

I hope the settings in the material master(indi/coll requirement = 1 and stg type = 20/25) is maintained.

Item catagery settings from SD side is not chnaged

Req type = KE/class is 040

Acc assignment cat = E

Settlement profile = SD1

Results anayisn kay = KUND

check is these are maintained?

for the KMAT we have:

strategy group: 25

Individual: 1

In the sales Order:

Item Category: TAC

Requirement Type: KEK (in the procurement Tab); class should be 046.

However, in the controlling for sales order there is no entry for:

TAC " " 046 , only for Class 041, in the Assignment of Requirements Type to transaction.

In the planned order: Account Assigmnment: M (it takes from strategy 25)

Settlement Profile (In the order Type) SD1.

Result Analysis Key: ?? (where can I find it??)

Just updating the issue.

Changing to strategy Group "20" makes the difference !!.

Now i can still configure the product, but the item category is KE.

I can create the production order with settlement rule SD1 (To sales Order).

Account Assignment : E

But.... I have to move the stock from anonymous to "E", in order to carry out the goods issue for the production order.

Do you know if this can be changed, when working with make to order ?

Dear,

Please check your settlement profile where the account assignment is to be allowed to sales order...by mistake may be it is missing....because till planned order it is okay means, settlement profile is the only cause of problem.

pl come back with settlement profile, then we can salve this issue.

Check in OPJH transaction what is the settlemet profile,

enter this profile in OKO7 transaction, see what are the receivers...is sales oder (= 1) is a receiver?
