Saving a copy of PO in PDF

Hi All,

Can anyone please help on how i can 'save' a copy of a purchase Order in Either a PDF or MS Word doc ?

I need the same help too on Service Entry. I can view the Service Entry via ML83 but i need to save it as PDF. How can i do this?

Hello,

Use the Program RSTXPDFT4 for printing any spool request into PDF.

When you transmit the Purchase Order by ME9F, a spool request will be created and give the spool request in the above program. the same is with also the service entry sheet.
