problem in Email functionality

hi all,

i have done a scenario FILE to SMTP.

in my RWB adapter communication channel, both the communication channels are showing green.

sxmb_moni also it is giving checked flag , but iam not getting mail in my mail box.

please give u r valuable suggestions, those will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I think u have not checked complete communication log in RWB,The communication channel will show green but u have to check complete log,Check it u will know the error.

Hi,

Have you checked the message details in RWB?

For checking the same, you could go to RWB -> Message Details. Please make sure that the message is reaching the receiver adapter without any errors.

Well, I had the same problem and honestly, I couldn't solve it.. But after few days, it started to work correctly )

Ok,

a, check the message in RWB - adapter messages. Has been message (e-mail0 sent successfully?

b, check your SPAM folder in Outlook, maybe you have your e-mail, didn't find it.

Are you using mail package?

in RWB iam able to see mail sent successfully

in my SPAM folder in outlook iam not able to see any mail.

iam not using mail package...

should i use that?

No, it is not nessecary, to use it. It depends, if you need it. If not, don't use it, the configuration is then easier.

Well, this worked for me without any problems..

Madhav, check again the mail adapter settings.. Is your e-mail recepient correct?
