Hi Ramesh,
1-https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/netweaver
SAP NetWeaver is a web-based, open integration and application platform that serves as the foundation for enterprise service-oriented architecture (enterprise SOA) and allows the integration and alignment of people, information, and business processes across business and technology boundaries. It utilizes open standards to enable integration with information and applications from almost any source or technology. SAP NetWeaver is the foundation of SAP xApps and SAP Business Suite solutions, and also powers partner solutions and customer custom-built applications.
2-Integrating xMII and netweaver will give more closed access to all sort of enterprise level data which will increase reliability
3- Version 12.0 comes as a part of netweaver, which saves you the trouble of integration.

Hi,
If you will see that link, you will find most of the answers (and that will save me the trouble of copying and pasting the information )......
xMII 12.0 comes in the java stack of the netweaver.....
understanding these things in details will require a little bit of R&D......and some xMII solutions consultants.....
Ramesh,
In short all xMII content development and delivery can be done remote from the xMII machine through the browser on your client machine. All you have to do is share your desktop...
My assumption is that this is the software you are talking about: [http://www.netviewer.net/|http://www.netviewer.net/]
