your situation could be due to several reasons. do the following:
1. in your customer master go to SALES AREA DATA > SALES tab. check if there is an entry in Customer Statistics group. if there is none, then sales transactions with this customer will not be picked up.
2. in your material master go to SALES ORG 2. check if the field Material Statistics group has an entry as well. if there is none, transactions with this material will not be picked up.
try making entries here (make sure they conform with your settings in OVRO and OVRP). please let us know is you still have problems.
