Hello,
We are setting up alert generation for critical and confliting actions in CC.
Everything is working fine (alertlog file is populated...) however i'm trying to set up alert notification through e-mail.
I have defined a risk owner with an appropriate e-mail adress for the risk I want to monitor however when trying to run the background job I get the following error message in the log file:
==@@==>Error in Email Notification<==@@==
The thing is that I don't know where to set up the SMTP server for instance...
Any one with a successful experience on this subject ?
Help would be appreciated.

It's very easy to set-up email notificaton to Risk Owners or Mitigation Approvers:
In Netweaver Visual Admin, the "Java Mail" settings must be enabled. In addition, the
correct SMTP server must be defined that will be used to process the e‐mail
notifications.
If you have any doubt check snapshot from Compliance Calibrator v.5.2 - User Guide (pg. 212-213)
