Hi All,

I face a problem while i went to transaction code xd02.

I create a customer by giving sales org.,dist. channel n division. but i hvnt given the company code. Now while I am going to transaction code xd02 while I am giving the comapny code it is telling customer is not defined for company code. How come I solve this issue?

GOTO FD01

Enter the customer Code and Company code enter..

GIve the required details and save

Hi,

I think you created that partcular customer in VD01.

Now you can extend that one in xd01-> give the company code-> and give the all details.

HI Ashis,

Go to XD01 transaction extend the existing customer to the company code also.

Other wise you go VD02 transaction with out company code data

Hi Ashis,

Go to FD01 in that screen you enter the customer number which is already you have created under sales area,

Enter the Company code to which you want extend press enter

Dear Ashis

Go to XD01, give the existing customer code on top followed by company code and its sales area to which you want to extend the customer.

Now below you will find a tab "Reference". Here give the same customer code and other details and execute.
