Fere goods, query

HI Gurus,

My client require me to customize ,

they would like to giv an item free for 10 different items.

I hav customised in spro free goods determination and also maintained condition records but in sales order , free goods is not functioning , plz assist.

Hi,

For condition table: customer/material , its working but not for condition table: country/sales org/distr chl/div/plant /region/material grp.

plz assist
