No, but you can create components that use existing UI elements.

Components means : Web Dynpro components, DCs ,SCs

if I am not wrong.

We need arrow boxes with steps of SDLC(Software Dev. Life Cycle) in Web Dynpro. Since we dont have that kind of UI elements, how can we achieve this.

Component means "Web Dynpro Component". Of course, you can package them into DCs etc.

For "arrow boxes with steps" there are the RoadMap and PhaseIndicator UI elements available.
