Dear Subh
Whatever numeric value you enter in Customer Master under the field "Max.partial deliveries", system WILL allow you to generate en number of deliveries.
If you want the system NOT to allow more than 9 deliveries, you have to enter "9" in the above said tab and also you have to set some value just above the "Max.partial deliveries".
Thanks

Hi
max partial delivery 9 is only applicable if u specify for that line item....if u leave that field blank, system will allow as many number of delivery depending on open sales order qty
e.g. if SO has 10 qty, i can have 10 DO of 1 qty each if i leave that field blank
hope this clarifies, reward pts if yes

Jagdish

Hi Subh,
It is 9 only.
The field max partial deliveries in Sales Area Data->Shipping
does not allow you to write a 2 digit number.
