You can change teh account group fo the customers in tcode XD07. You can do this only if the masterdata field configuration(Optional, Mandatory etc) wont collide with each other.

Kindly change the account group of the cusomter to sold-to-party from ship-to-party.

Kindly use the transaction XD07.
