Workflow to XI to Web Service

Hi Experts,

I need to implement a scenario Workflow - R3 Workflow -> XI ccBPM -> HTTP/SOAP Request using BPM.

Can anybody please provide me a bolg containing step by step solution.

hi Nidhi Bansal ,

We need some more detail clarification about your scenario.

but from the below explanantion what I have understood, is in one of the Workflow step you will be communicating with XI and if required will wait for response from SOAP (i.e. optional) .

Even though you are trying to reach to Xi through Workflow step, it will be possible with one of the medium as IDOC, call RFC/BAPI, call PROXY etc.

So it will be one of the below scenario,

IDOC ---> XI -

---

> SOAP

or

RFC/BAPI ---> XI -

---

> SOAP

or

PROXY ---> XI -

---

> SOAP

There are couple of blogs available for step by step solution for it and even for using the BPM.

Please if you could give some more details, so I could be able to provide the right information about it.

Depends, what exactly u need... If you want to have workflow on r/3 and then just using XI and WS for sending message, this is not the right forum. Ked you specify your needs more exactly?

My Scenario is that I have to take data from workflow and pass it to SOAP Adapter using XI.
