Hi Pankaj,
Go to transaction OVRO.
That is the configuration for sales districts.
No worries how you have divided you sales orgs you can independently decide upon your districts.
Try choosing ways which will ese your report generation.
Eg choose districts with the fact in mind that all districts must fall under one adn only one sales org logically.
