problem in VA01

Hi all,

in MM06 i given a deletion flag for one material, when i went to sale order VA01 and creating a order it is giving a warning message and procedding but i want to put a Error message where can i do it pls help me.

Hi ,

You can from material master sales org 2 view there is two option from with u can do this somethin call status change find out there. I dont have sap access right now .but this problem can be solved from material master.

Hi Hari,

As per my concern you need to use the User Exit to get error message when you save the sales order with the deleted material.i.e System should not allow to save the Order wirh deleted material.

As per Standard only warrning message will come,

Also plan for the retuns when you go to put error message at Order Level

Discuss with the ABAPer reg your requirement

Hi,

All messages cannot be controlled. Controllable messages are called variable messages. A variable message can be changed from "Error=E", "Warning=W", or "No Message= Blank".

Since you have not given the error message, I am not able to conclude whether it is a variable message or hard-coded message.

But please do try the transaction given below:
