Automaticaly created invoice related to the sales order

Hi SD gurus,

I have question for you.

Is there any chance to create invoice for services (without delivery note) automaticaly after Sales order creation.

Dear Mr Poljanesk,

The order being due for delivery, depends on the item category settings.

Automatic billing does not appear to figure as part of the standard configuration.

Hi Saso,

You can schedule a job once in 30min for creation of invoices in batch mode for all the service orders that have been created.

If you want to achieve this, go to VF04, maintain your selection criteria, and save it as a variant. For this variant, schedule a job for every 30minutes.

If you want to create invoices automatically, then you may have to do some developments in one of hte user exits to create an online job, which again will create invoices automatically once the sales order is saved.
