Restrict access to specific fund centers

Hi all,

I have to restrict access to fund centers for specific users. I manage to do that in my own report with SU24 and F_FICA_WCT authority object, but it didnt work with other sap transactions, lets say FMSC.

I created a role.. and assign it to a user and granted permission only to '100' fund center ... than i loged on with that user but when i entered FMSC i was able to open other fund centers than '100' ..... why?

If anyone has an idea plz help.

Hi Alin,

Do an authorization trace ST01 and check what objects are been used so you can remove them from the user.

Hi Juan,

I just want to restrict access to FM_FICTR (fund centers -> and thats done with F_FICA_WCT object - but it doesnt work) ... no need to remove other authorization objects from the users profile.

Any other ideeas...
