Error when using Runtime Workbench

i am getting following error when iam trying to use the Component monitoring and others in work bench..

Hi,

First check whether XIRWBUSER been locked, if yes unlock it from ABAP Stack SU01 .

this user should have the below roles for RWB.

1. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

2. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN

Hi,

Can you please check the RWB use login and password in SU01 ransaction check whether its is locked or not?

Also checked the required authorization refer the below link for the same.
