Frieght cond in delivery and copying it to invoice.

How can we add the frieght condition in the delivery document and how can copy this to invoice. Please tell me required configurtions settings and their implication on the process.

you have to maintain delivery pricing proceedure to add conditions in delevry.

Go to SPRO -- logistics execution-- shipping-basic shipping functions-pricing.

and maintain pricing type in copy control for delivery to billing

Thanks for your inputs, how the system detemines the price at billing it has to copy from sales order and delivery at simultaneously.

Is it possible to get all the conditions from sales order and only frieght from delivery and combining these in billing.

And what pricing type do we need to maintain in copy controls?

maintain copy controls between the billing and delivery document and in pricing type field assign value "D" ,and check any new pricing is determinig in billing or not if it is there remove that document pricing procedure in the corrresponding billing type and check the copy controls between the sales order document and billing document also.

Hi,

Yes you can add Freight condition in delivery document by going in VL02N and manually entering the condition type.

When you want the condition types to be copied from delivery to invoice, take care of that in copy control from delivery to Billing for the relevant item category. There the field Price source shoudl be selected as either D or E as per your reqmt. This will solve your problem.
