archive log error

Hi All,

I scheduled archive online backup through SAP- DB13

i got this error given below:

can please give reply soon----its very urgent

Hi Krupal,

Please check if your <sid>adm user has access to the drive:

/databackup2/UBSDEV/archivebackup

it should have rwx for the archivebackup.

i gave Full permission to my path:

[/databackup2/UBSDEV/archivebackup].

but it was showing same error. can you help me

Hi Krupal,

Assuming that you are running UNIX as your OS.

login to your unix box with <sid>adm and enter this command:

stat /databackup2/UBSDEV/archivebackup

If the command executes with success, we need to look somewhere else.

If the command doesn't succeed then you need to fix that thing first.
