While I appreciate your keen interest to help others, please also ensure that you are not giving suggestion to VERY OLD threads. The suggestion you gave pertains to 2008 !!!!!!!

_: No limitations;

it means that it does have any proirity on the automatically defined values( thro condition records) and the manually entered values. the condition type doesnt have any limitations.

A: Freely definable;

it means we can create the values thro condition records thro VK11 and also can enter manually in the sales order directly..

B: The automatic entry has priority.

If a condition record exists for the condition type,if u edit/change the value manually in the sales order, the system will not consider the manually enterered value and it propose only the automatically found value (ie, condition record value)

C: The manual entry has priority. (reverse of the above condition)

if u manually change the value of the condition type in the sales order, the system will overwrite the condition record value and accept ur manually changed value.

😧 Cannot be processed manually

the condition type can't be edited manually in the sales order.

Hope i clarifies u,

Do reward points if u find it is useful
