Hi Everyone,
We are setting CMS up after a server copy and we have updated the CMS Landscape Configurator (domain and track) to point to the new server name. Also the Exchange Profile is updated and we have ran the Update CMS for the domains. We have also refreshed cache and restarted J2EE but when we try to export an object in the ID or IR it fails to export and the error is as follows:
Sent on 1/17/08 at 10:59 PM: Unable to establish connection to CMS server http://wrongserver:50000.
Details: Unable to open connection to host "wrongserver:50000". The host is down or unavailable..
Check the availability of the CMS and the user authorizations and send the transport request again if necessary
We noticed that the error refers to the old server and does not reflect the changes we have made in the CMS Landscape Configuration. Although all the links and values in the configuration point to the new server when we try to export it references the older server. Did we miss a step or place where we need to make the change?
