Authorization for sales order division

hi,

i want to to set authorization for Division like user A cannot read division B, only allow to read division A sales order. Then should I separtate into 2 single role for that?

hello, friend.

this is usually the responsibility of BASIS. you can set authorizations in t-code PFCG. if you include sales & distribution related t-codes in the menu for the role/profile, when you go to authorizations, the system will ask you which divisions are authorized.

you then assign the role/profile to the user.
