New Registered Business Partner information

Hello Experts,

We have implemented SRM 5.0 and we are using ROS scenario to register new suppliers into our system.

when a new supplier submits a new business card, we are sending out questionnaires based on the product category selected and status of the new supplier is set to NEW and this supplier can either be ACCEPTED or REJECTED based on the credentials.

I would like to know where I can find the is information stored in the system(tables), so I can disturibute this data to BW for reporting purpose.

I went through many tables like BUT000 and so on to get the supplier info, but no success. I am not able to find the status feild anywhere in the system.

Can you please help me here.

Hi Vijay

Check the value in "central block" and "not released" fields (actual field names may be different) in BUT000.

If you observe their values for a new prospect with status 'New', 'accepted', 'rejected' and 'released', you will know how to use these fields.
