wat is Change management process ?? in which case it is used... give me a detail explaination...

Change management:-

It is the phase where compnay going from on software to other. e.g. Legacy system to SAP system.

In this phase we have to explain what are the resons behind to choose new system.

'Change Management' may be a project specific term.

It need not be a daily job. Some times even the Basis team also plays a role. As per my knowledge if you are in a change management team, you will be dealing with the transports.

Certain transports need pre-manual and post-manual actions which need to be taken care of. If you can explain the context where you have come accross this term it would be better.

What are the Pros and cons of the new system ?

Again who it benificial for organisation as compare to previous system.
