Changing Password for TEST users in One step

Former Member

All,

It is possible in portal to change the initial password

for 20 or 30 TEST users in one step, instead of manually

changing the passwords for each users.

Please advise.

We are on NW 7.0

We are not using LDAP for QA.

All the authentication is done locally.

Use the import function to import new passwords for those users.

Are you saying creating the text file and then importing it?

Yes. You can use the import feature to update existing accounts as well as adding new ones.

Not to mention that you can export the list of existing users, update their passwords and import it back.

OR.... you can use SAP IDM to handle the password provisioning for you
