Check if you DEFAULT.PFL contain the following entries

#----

  1. SAP Central Service Instance for J2EE

#----

j2ee/scs/host = <host>

j2ee/scs/system = <SCS Inst.No>

j2ee/ms/port = <port>

j2ee/dbtype =

j2ee/dbname = <sid>

j2ee/dbhost = <host>

And the Instance Profile should have the followin entries

Instance Profile

jstartup/trimming_properties =

jstartup/protocol =

jstartup/vm/home =

jstartup/max_caches =

jstartup/release =

jstartup/instance_properties =

j2ee/dbdriver =

rdisp/j2ee_start_control =

rdisp/j2ee_libpath =

exe/j2ee = $

j2ee/instance_id =

Hi,

Navigate to this path

c:\usr\sap\CE1\J00\j2ee\admin\go.bat to open visual admin.

The login screen would appear and you need to give your login credentials.

Hi Rev,

When you double click on go.bat automatically Visual admin GUI will open.

Login to visual administrator using valid username(administrator), password, host and portno.

Click on connect -> you will be able to see all details.

Sorry i have to bump this thread! I know where this go.bat is, but i don't think this is the Visul Administrator. When i start the go.bat from the directory the first poster wrote, i get some "Java Support Package Manager"?

Please, tell me from where i can start the J2EE Visual Administrator.

In the JC00 directory, instead of going into the JSPM directory, go to the "admin" directory, so your path would look something like this:

C:\usr\sap\<your install>\JC00\j2ee\admin

There's a go.bat in that directory, that will open the Visual Administrator.
