Hi,
i am not able to configure Help in ECC6. It throws an error as follows:
Could not find the file "
sap\help\EN\e18e5134\e10000000\9b38f83b\frameset.chm"
Here i am sending the log file

hi,
The problem comes if the network is different, i.e., the location of your system was different and your connecting through VPN to server, then the file cannot be found, since the authentication of the system was not available.
Since you are saying this as IDES version check if you are able to access the file from the server, i.e., try to access the help from sap gui logged from the server.
If you are able to access the help file then there is no issue with the config of help file but the problem is hitting with the authentication.

you need to check the security acces for the computer where you save de file.
in my case, I had problems with the authentication on the server, that was the reason.
i saw your configuration and it is good, please try to authenticate first on your server, then try to open again de help on SAP.

goto sr13. click on new entries, specify the varient, platform, area as IWBHELP, server name as http://help.sap.com,
path as "saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata" -
>for netweavwe 20004s,specify language and save.
