Good Afternoon,

We are trying to extract the Product Hierarchies via MDMGX but when we do, not all the hierarchies are extracted.

Every time we do the extraction about a third of the hierarchies are ignored by the extraction.

Does anyone out there have any idea what might be wrong?

Transaction: MDMGX

Reposit. Name (Code): Article_SRD

Hi,

Go through the following Guide:

MDM 5.5 - Generic Extractor for Reference Data page 20

You wil get it on https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/installmdm

This might help you.

Thanks,

Maheshwari.

Dont mention the process level while extracting the data via MDMGX.

Thanks for your suggestion but this does not affect the extraction.

I have tried re-extracting the data, using MDMGX, but for some reason the extraction stops at merchandise category 130304 (In ERP, the list goes on to 990201 and then continues with X001 to X108).

Any suggestions as to why this should all be happening? How can I get the full extraction of merchandise categories?

Thanks for any help. Will reward points for the helpful answer!

Hi,

Please refer the SAP Note no-964991 for MDMGX and also look in to the similar notes mentioned in the note-964991.

otherwise check with your R3 System enries. I mean to say that check in the tables of R3.

I hope this will help you.

Try putting the processing level as 2 instead of 1.
