Single Sign On

Hi,

We are trying to implement Single Sign on to the following Scenrio :

1.We have a Internet Trasaction Server(ITS)on SAP 4.6C

2.The other system is a Web Appl Server (Non SAP Third Party System)which has interface to R/3 4.6C.

Is it possible to implement SSO between these systems?

If yes,Kindly tell me the steps to follow.
