Sales order not getting delivered

Hi all,

One sales order has been created with three items. I have checked the Incompletion log , it is showing "Document Complete".

All the three line items have Delivery dates in the sales order.

But when creating delivery doc. it is showing "order cannot be delivered'.

it is that for every line item: "An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted."

what can be the problem?

In VL01N, give the correct delivery date as your confirmed schedule line, then you should be able to create delivery document for the sales order.

Check the Delivery note initial screen might be it has taken the today date as default

change it and try .

I have checked, VOV7 and VOV6, rel. for delivery is checked.

In sales order , it is showing confirmed qty.

also checked the assignment of the schedule line category, it is ok.

Check in MMBE, stock is there.

But i have a doubt, in sales order, all three items have taken 2, 2 and 5 respectively as qty. and it is confirmed also.

In MMBE, all these items have exactly these qty. in "Unrestricted Stock".

Is anything to do it?

Hi ,

Please chekc the schedule line and check if any of the line item has rejection reason.RO any of the line items has delivery block.Or the Item category is relevant for Delivery.

Hi,

As the error is regarding no delivery quantities, Check whether any confirmed quantities are maintained in sales order for item level shcedule lines.

And also check with MMBE, for material.

Apart from checking the quantity in MMBE, also check the factory calendar assigned and holidays in it,.

there are lot of reason may be; I am listing out some important

1) please check at MMBE, whether stock is there in the plant?

2) Goto schedule lines and check all the materials confirmed date?

3) During deliveryat VL01n, give the date on or after the scheduline date.

4) also please ensure plant is entered in the sales order.

5) Also, please check at VOV6 (for ur scheduline line category, Item relevant for delivery indicator is marked or not) if not, mark that.
