Revert back the changes integrated with Dev workspace

Hi all,

By mistake I imported some unwanted activities into dev workspace. By not releasing them I can stop them from movin into cons....but the activities would unnecessarily wait for release.

I do not want the activities in dev workspace. Is there a way I can disintegrate them?

else is there a way I can delete the activities waiting for release into cons?

Hi Akshatha,

you can release the activities and then delete the entries from the CMS queue, but then you still have differences between your dev and cons. Also somebody could requeue the activities from the history and also if somebody modifies the same files in another activity you will get inconsistencies.

The only way that I'm aware of is to basically sync to the state before integrating the activities, copy the files to a safe location, sync to current state, edit everything, copy the old file version back from the safe location, revert unchanged files and then check-in everything. That should return you to the original state.
