what is the Exact status showing in MONI?
What is the status of your adapters and CC's in RWB.
if you find error in adapter, restart your adapter engine...it works.
some times communication channels in ID shows active but they will be inactive in RWB.

Hi Claudio !
In RWB there is a link to flag/mark multiple messages. It will show a "checkbox" on the left side of each message. Just check them all or use the "Select All" option (previously filter the holding status messages only) and then use the remove button.
Regards,
Matias.
ps: please award points if helpful.
Hi Claudio !
Try to access the SXMB_MONI to see if the message is there. Detect the queue that is used, double click the queue name in the list. See if the queue shows that message and try to delete it from the queue.
Another idea, could be to stop the channel and then try to delete the message or wait for it to time out.
Regards,
Matias.

Hey
if you are getting holding status in RWB then have a look at the below blog

Hi Claudio,
Check whether there is any message with error for this scenario. If you resend this failed message then rest can go without any issue. (Provided you have multiple message for this scenario)
