Problem in CN50N - staff number / staff name

Hi @ all,

i hope someone can help me by my problem in SAP-PS in the transaction CN50N.

We make our feedback in PS (CN25/CN27) with staff numbers. But my Problem is, that in CN50N I will see the staff-number but the name of the staff (next column) i didn't see. So what's wrong.!?

Have someone of you an idea ?

Hi,

Let me tell upfront that this reply is not based on my expereince but based on documentation I have come across.

Please check whether the following inputs are useful:

(1)

Displays the current (that is, most recent) name of the

employee/applicant in accordance with the name formatting indicator chosen in the Special format .

If the Special format field is blank, the standard name format (indicator "00") is used for the employee/applicant.

(2) SAP Note:

If the confirming employee is displayed in the new individual overview for verifications (CN48N) and if this employee is flagged as not active in the HR (for example because the employee left the company) the personnel number is displayed instead of the name.

This deviates from the old individual overview (CNS48 or CN48).

The same occurs also in the new individual overview for capacity requirements (CN50N).

Reason and Prerequisites

This problem is due to a program error.

thanks for your answer but it doesn't help me.

To point 1.:

In our staff (personell Transaction PA10) we have the indicator on 00 !

To point 2.:

In the column where the staff name normally, is absolutely nothing, there is also no staff number.

I think something is wrong there but what is it !?
