Deleting a maintanence project in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN,

When deleting a project in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN, I am getting an error message Project & is already used in Change Request Management.

How to solve this and delete the project?

It is not possible to hide a Project already activated for ChaRM. It could already have some Transport Requests Assigned to it.

Only thing is to set the status of your project to closed and make the setting ' Hide finished projects' in the Cross-project settings in trxn SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN.

No Transport requests are assigned to my project.

Do I have the option to delete the project?

Hi!

I do not think so, that you can delete a finished project, but you can hide them as described before.
