Providing documents on customizing is not an easy task. Its like ocean. Go through the link on Customizing which will really help.

On the left side, you can see lot of tabs. Each and every tab will have lot of informations. Try to configurate on your own based on the link and whatever doubts / issues you have, please post so that everybody will respond.

Moreover there is a separate section of FAQs with answers which will help you in great deal.
