Hi Friends,
COuld any one u help me to find out the way
to Track the status of service messages in solution manager.
the status will be initialy : open.
then in process then etc...
i need track the dates when the status became open to in-process.

Hey Guru,
Within the support message itself, there is facility for Change Documents, which stores whatever you desire...
Just open any support message, on then the menu bar, GO to Extras and then click on change documents....
