USER LOCKING

Dear All,

First of all, wish you a very happy makarsankranti.

My question is that, if by mistake , by entering wrong password, if our user gets locked, - what's the other idea to unlock user instead of signing another user & using transaction SU01 i.e. for user maintainance.

If i am handling one ID only & instead of going to System administrator, what i can do to unlock my user.

please let me know the process.

Hi Vinay,

As you have said, there is no other way but ot use another id and then unlock the locked id. If the user id is locked, then it cant be unlocked using the same id.

Hi,

The only way is to delete the user master record from the database, provided that you have the access to the data base.
