Hi,
To create a price agreement at contract header level, choose Extras - Price agreements - Header
Contract item level, select the item and choose Extras - Price agreements - Item
The system proposes any existing condition records for price agreements which are valid for the contract. You can change the proposed condition records in the contract.
If you want to create contract-specific price agreements, choose Other condition type.
Enter a condition type.
The standard system includes the following condition types:
At header level:
PKAR - Material price for resource-related billing
At item level:
PPSV - Price for monthly service fee
PPAG - Price for a material group for resource-related billing
PPAR - Material price for resource-related billing
Choose Continue.
Create the condition record in the usual way.
Save the condition record.
Regards,
Siddharth.

U need not maintain any conditions in FV11.
While creating General value contract, u need to enter the Total target value (for how much value u want to create the contract) and the corresponding assortment module No. (List of materials ) u need to enter.
For the target value, u need to maintain the condition record for WK00 at Vk11. that is enough.
The assortment module can be created/changed at WSV2/WSO2.
once u enter these , u are presented with a pop up when u may change the qtys of material.
then u can proceed further.
Also u need to maintain the pricing procedure(wk0001) which is assigned to the value contract WK1. (see at OVKK)
Hope it clears. if u have any queries , post further

dear sap 11,
first of all you need to decide the basis for your pricing.
which is possibly going to be the reference document u r using for value contract so do the pricing accordingly.or else clarify requirement and expectation from contract with respect to process head.
