/TMWFLOW transaction problems

Hi,

In SOLMAN 4.0 whenever I execute any of the /TMWFLOW/... (e.g. /TMWFLOW/CMSCONF) based transactions I get the following erro message:

"This function is not possible"

All the SOLAR_PROJECT... based transactions are working.

Anyone experience this before an know the fix plse.

Also whats the equivalent SOLAR transaction for /TMWFLOW/MAINTINST

When activating a tasklist for maintenance cycle I get the following error message:

Phase change from 'Created' to 'Development w/o Release' is not possible.

Details: Change transiton is incorrect.
