Individual Purchase Order

In Customer Individual Purchase Order Scenario my client's requirement is that once the goods from vendor reach them that stock should be restricted to that customer who has ordered and no body should be able to use them. How to do this. Please help.

Hi,

I think in the standard system possibilities are two:

1) Once materials are received in stock move them to sales order stock -Movement: MB1B: 412E

2) In the MRP 4 view of material master, in field "Individual /Coll." input "1" and make the material MTO.

Inshort, you have to make the material "individual " / "collective", or else, make a manual movement into sales order stck.
