Receiving the internal error:T IVAKE F IVAKE_INSERT I MV130F

We were doing ECC Upgrade from 4.6 c.When we go to VK13, and providing the Sales Org, Division and Price list and then execute we are getting the Error:"T IVAKE F IVAKE_INSERT I MV130F0I".

We had customised the Product Hierachy levels from 3 to 6 , before importing the data.However.Releasing the error, we reimported the data but still we are facing the issue.We reimported data for all Product hierachy related tables.

Please kindly provide me any information as we are not able to move forward with this.

Thanks, that was a wonderful information.However after runnning VK+c Transaction also I am not getting any data.

I am quite sure that is data inconsistency.I am seeing the offset fro Vakey in Program RV13a530(the affected condition table is A530 and a customised consition type) is lesser than what is in development. When we first figured issue, we reimported data for Product hierachy tables but did not do for Condition tables.But stil in vK+c Tcode ,its not showing as any inconsistency.
