BOR in Smartfoms

Hi There,

We are working in the QM module with some BORs, specifically, the users are attaching pictures of some defects to the notification, I created a smartform that pulls information from the notification, and now the user wants to include at least the first picture in the form, I have not seen anything like this, have you?, could someone point me in the right direction?
