Saplicense -install DBSLconnect failed with return code 18

We copied our development system on V5R2 to our new

Development system on V5R4 installed.

We restored all cfg- libraries - dlo's etc.

When I go and try to install a new license key on new as/400

I get this error

DBSLconnect failed with return code 18

ANy help would be appreciated

Hi Joe,

did you really run APYR3KRN and the other stuff, that is necessary in a homogenious systemcopy ?

Dear Joseph,

Did you apply Latest Kernal ? and IBM PTF also.

I think In Database library some of the object may missing. kindly check it also.
