Frontend printing method G

Hi,

We use method G for practically all our frontend printing. Users like it but are unable to change Properties of the Printer, to print in draft mode for example.

When we use this method, the Properties button on the Windows Printer selection box is greyed out.

SAP GUI is 640 patch level 21

Do you have any advice?
